 Management Specialists is a privately owned Property Management and Real Estate Company which began over 10 years ago.  Pat Trippe, CEO, has been in property management for 20 years.

Management Specialists emerged from a desire to provide property owners with the confidence and proof that their investment is producing optimum revenues, while also providing employees with the training to be the best Real Estate professionals in the industry.  We have successfully turned around foreclosed properties and properties which owners had not received distributions in over twenty years. 

Our Corporate Offices are located in Gainesville, Florida, but our services extend throughout the Florida panhandle.  Our portfolios of management range from commercial, apartments, homeowner associations, office parks and condos.  Management Specialists continually seeks new business opportunities.  We credit much of the success of our company to the motivation and creativity of our associates who seek greater opportunities for themselves as well as the company.  Our team divisions consist of Real Estate, Bookkeeping, Maintenance, Real Estate Investments and Property Management.
